Newest Adventure: Zuzsa

January 20th, 2012

We’ve been involved with a new startup for over a year now called Zuzsa. More than involved, we are partners in this startup. For those who know me, I like new adventures! Zuzsa is a real estate platform for agents/broker, it’s a dashboard for their daily operations. From updating their website, email marketing, lead management, property management and so much more. We are stoked to be involved with MetaCake and FiveStone Partners. We are going into private beta in the coming weeks and with that I’ll have more updates coming soon.

Gist : The Easy Way To Stay Connected

March 8th, 2011

I’ll admit when Gist first hit the scene I wasn’t a fan-  it was just another application that promised to help me stay organized online.  While it was a good idea I wasn’t ready to let them handle everything.  As a matter of fact it would have taken hours to really organize and set it up to help the disorganized like me!

Fast forward a few months later and I read something about Gist and thought I’d take another look.  Glad I did.  Gist seems to have come a long way in a short time.  Maybe not, maybe I was just more open minded this time!

Imagine one place to manage your social networks while connecting those same people to their emails, calendars and other important contact information. Also, If you are following 1,000s of people on Twitter and Facebook you can rate the ‘importance’ of each individual so you don’t miss any updates or so you miss them all! Your choice. I wouldn’t recommend doing a demo of this with your least favorite friends ( their rank of 50 or lower could hurt some feelings).

I’m giving you the short version for sure but I think it’s worth the time to check it out. I run Gist on my desktop in the office and yes they have ‘an app for that’.

Inman Connect : New York City

January 12th, 2011

I finally made it to NYC for the Inman Connect conference.  The snow is pretty but wreaks havoc on the southern travelers! :)

Looking forward to the conference, food and meeting some new people!  We’ll post anything interesting we find.

Happy Connect Conference!

We launched a site for a new real estate company in Charleston, SC called Charleston Preferred Properties a few weeks ago. We are officially out of ‘beta’ mode so it’s time to share!

The site includes an interactive map showcasing the different areas of Charleston to live. It’s a really nice rendering with some nice detail. See the map here->. There is a full MLS search as well as a quick search both with results mapped via Google.

Along with a blog and a detailed overview of the many popular areas in and around Charleston this site is sure to be a go to point when looking for Charleston SC Real Estate.
